سياسة الخصوصية

باختصار: «رَتِّل» لا يجمع أي بيانات شخصية عنك، ولا يُرسل شيئًا عنك إلى المطوّر ولا إلى غيره. لا حساب، ولا تسجيل دخول، ولا إعلانات، ولا أدوات تتبّع أو تحليلات. والتعرّف على تلاوتك يجري على هاتفك نفسه: صوتك لا يغادره.

الميكروفون وصوتك

يُفتح الميكروفون حين تبدأ جلسة تلاوة، أو بحثًا بالصوت، أو اختبارًا للميكروفون من الإعدادات، ويُغلق حين تنهيها.
يُحوَّل الصوت إلى نصّ على جهازك، بمحرّك تعرّف مضمَّن في التطبيق، ولا يُرسل إلى أي خادم. والتعرّف يعمل والهاتف غير متصل بالإنترنت.
لا يُحفظ صوتك. الاستثناء الوحيد خيارٌ مطفأ من الأصل اسمه «احفظ صوت الجلسة»: إن شغّلته بنفسك حُفظ صوت آخر ثلاث جلسات داخل مساحة التطبيق على هاتفك، للتشخيص فقط، ولا يُرسل إلى أي جهة.

ما يُحفظ على جهازك

تُحفظ هذه البيانات على هاتفك وحده، في مساحة التطبيق الخاصة، ولا تغادره:

العلامات المرجعية وموضع القراءة
سجلّ جلسات التلاوة: المقطع، ونتيجته، والكلمات التي أخطأت فيها
جدول الحفظ والمراجعة وأيام المواظبة
إعداداتك: اللغة والمظهر والقارئ والميكروفون المختار وغيرها
سجلّ تشخيص مختصر لآخر الجلسات: ما كتبه المحرّك من التلاوة، وأرقام عنها
تلاوات القرّاء التي نزّلتها

تستطيع حذف العلامات وسجلّ التلاوة وجدول الحفظ في أي وقت من «الإعدادات ← حذف بياناتي»، وحذف أي تلاوة نزّلتها من شاشة التنزيل. وكل ما سبق يُمحى بإلغاء تثبيت التطبيق.

تصدير بياناتك

يمكنك حفظ نسخة من بياناتك (العلامات والتلاوات والحفظ) في ملفّ تختار أنت مكانه، واستعادتها لاحقًا. التطبيق لا يرفع هذا الملف إلى أي مكان، وما تفعله به بعد ذلك قرارك.

الاتصالات الشبكية

يستعمل التطبيق الإنترنت في حالة واحدة فقط:

تنزيل التلاوات. حين تطلب تنزيل تلاوة قارئٍ لسورةٍ بعينها، يُنزَّل الملف من everyayah.com، وهو موقع مستقلّ لا يملكه المطوّر، وقد يسجّل عنوان IP الخاص بك ونوع جهازك كما تفعل أي خدمة على الإنترنت. لا يُرسل إليه التطبيق أي معرّف أو معلومة عنك غير طلب الملف نفسه.

بعد التنزيل تُسمع التلاوة من هاتفك، ولا يبثّ التطبيق شيئًا من الشبكة. أما المصحف والتفسير والترجمة ومحرّك التعرّف فكلها داخل التطبيق، وتعمل دون اتصال. والمصحف لا يُحدَّث من الشبكة أصلًا: هو ملف واحد يُبنى قبل الإصدار ويُشحن معه، ولا يتغيّر على جهازك إلا بتحديث للتطبيق من المتجر.

الأذونات ولماذا نطلبها

التطبيق لا يطلب الموقع الجغرافي، ولا جهات الاتصال، ولا الكاميرا، ولا الصور، ولا الوصول إلى ملفاتك. وعند التصدير أو الاستعادة تختار الملف بنفسك من نافذة النظام.

المشاركة مع جهات أخرى

لا يبيع التطبيق بيانات ولا يشاركها مع أي جهة، لأنه لا يجمعها أصلًا. ولا يحتوي إعلانات ولا مكتبات تحليلات أو تتبّع.

الأطفال

التطبيق موجَّه لمن بلغوا الثالثة عشرة فأكثر، ولا يجمع بيانات من أي مستخدم، بمن فيهم الأطفال.

التغييرات

أي تعديل على هذه السياسة يُنشر في هذه الصفحة مع تحديث تاريخها.

In short: Rattil collects no personal data about you, and sends nothing about you to the developer or to anyone else. There is no account, no sign-in, no ads, and no tracking or analytics. Your recitation is recognised on your phone itself: your voice never leaves it.

The microphone and your voice

The microphone opens when you start a recitation session, a voice search, or a microphone test in Settings, and closes when you end it.
Speech is turned into text on your device, by a recognition engine built into the app, and is never sent to any server. Recognition works with the phone offline.
Your voice is not stored. The only exception is an option that is off by default, “Keep session audio”: if you turn it on yourself, the audio of your last three sessions is kept in the app's storage on your phone, for diagnosis only, and is never sent anywhere.

Stored on your device

The following is stored on your phone only, in the app's private storage, and never leaves it:

Bookmarks and your reading position
Recitation history: the passage, its result, and the words you got wrong
Your memorization and review schedule, and your streak
Your settings: language, appearance, reciter, chosen microphone and the like
A short diagnostic log of recent sessions: what the engine transcribed, and figures about it
Reciters' audio you downloaded

You can delete your bookmarks, recitation history and memorization schedule at any time from Settings → Delete my data, and any downloaded recitation from the download screen. All of it is removed when you uninstall the app.

Exporting your data

You can save a copy of your data (bookmarks, recitations and memorization) to a file in a place you choose, and restore it later. The app never uploads that file anywhere; what you do with it is up to you.

Network connections

The app uses the internet in one case only:

Downloading recitations. When you ask for a reciter's audio for a particular surah, the file is downloaded from everyayah.com, an independent website the developer does not own, which may log your IP address and device type as any internet service does. The app sends it no identifier or information about you beyond the request for the file itself.

Once downloaded, the recitation plays from your phone; the app streams nothing from the network. The Quran text, the tafsir, the translation and the recognition engine all ship inside the app and work without a connection. The mushaf is never updated over the network at all: it is a single file built before a release and shipped with it, and it changes on your device only when you update the app from the store.

The app does not request location, contacts, camera, photos, or access to your files. When you export or restore, you pick the file yourself in the system's file window.

Sharing with others

The app neither sells nor shares any data, because it collects none. It contains no ads and no analytics or tracking libraries.

Children

The app is intended for people aged 13 and over, and collects no data from any user, children included.

Changes

Any change to this policy will be published on this page with an updated date.
